My Services
I design, facilitate, and manage training programs that deliver measurable results. With over 20 years of experience in large-scale corporate deployments, I combine instructional design, technology, and learner support to maximize the impact of each program.
I primarily work with consulting firms and companies that need specialized support for specific projects: from content design to facilitating workshops, through to the operational management of training programs.
Content Design and Development
I create and optimize learning experiences that connect with learners and generate real transfer to the workplace: instructional design of complete programs, quality assurance (pedagogical, technical, and editorial QA), and curation of existing content.
Training and Facilitation
I facilitate workshops and training programs in in-person, online, or hybrid formats. Specialized in Finance for Non-Finance Professionals, Project Management, and E-learning and Digital Transformation of Training. I work in Spanish and English.
Management and Support
I ensure training programs are completed successfully: learner tutoring, LMS/LXP platform administration, and tracking with reporting and results analysis. I sustain motivation and remove obstacles to increase completion and transfer.
AI Learning Assistants
I enhance programs with pedagogically designed AI assistants: a suite of 5 specialized types (Coach, Mentor, Simulator, Trainer, Feedback) configured specifically for each project. They're not generic chatbots, but solutions designed for specific learning objectives.
