I ensure program success: learner tutoring, LMS/LXP platform administration, and tracking with reporting and results analysis.
AI Learning Assistants
I enhance programs with pedagogically designed AI assistants: a suite of 5 specialized types (Coach, Mentor, Simulator, Trainer, Feedback) configured specifically for each project.
International Experience
I worked for 10 years at CrossK.nowledge, a European leader in e-learning, managing platform implementation projects and training programs for clients across Europe.
Previously, I spent 12 years at Grupo Elogos designing, delivering, and managing training projects for major Spanish corporations.
Since 2024, I work as an independent consultant, supporting consulting firms and companies in design, review, facilitation, and management of training programs.
