I’ve spent over 20 years helping organizations transform their talent through training. I firmly believe that well-designed and well-executed learning is one of the most powerful levers for change, both individually and organizationally.
My approach combines experience in instructional design, program facilitation, and management of complex training projects. I’ve worked with major international corporations and specialized consulting firms, always committed to generating real and measurable impact in every program.

Freelance (since 2024)
I currently work as an independent consultant, supporting consulting firms and companies in design, review, facilitation, and management of training programs.

CrossKnowledge (2014-2024)
For 10 years I worked at CrossKnowledge, a European leader in e-learning solutions, where I managed platform implementation projects and training programs for top-tier international clients.
Featured clients: Heineken, BlackRock, Alstom, Banco Santander
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of complex training projects
- Design of learning solutions based on content libraries

Grupo Elogos (2000-2012)
I spent 12 years at Grupo Elogos, where I started as a trainer and evolved toward managing training and development projects for major corporations.
Featured clients: Vodafone, Grupo Acciona, Repsol YPF, Transportes Metropolitanos de Barcelona
Responsibilities:
- Design and delivery of training programs (especially in finance and project management)
- Management of projects integrating multiple disciplines: pedagogy, technology, usability

I’m accustomed to working in international environments, reporting to different countries and using English as the primary working language. I’ve managed projects that integrate multiple disciplines (pedagogy, technology, design) and I know how to coordinate with different levels within organizations, from operational teams to senior management.
My experience has taught me that the best training programs are those that balance solid pedagogical design, well-applied technology, and close learner support. That’s the combination I seek to bring to every project.
