I ensure training programs are completed successfully by sustaining learner motivation and removing obstacles to their progress.
Learner Tutoring and Support
During the program, I provide individual and group support: answering questions, sending reminders, providing feedback on activities, and tracking milestones. The level of personalization adapts to the project’s needs: from intensive proactive tutoring to more automated monitoring for large groups.
I can work with:
- Small groups (15-20 learners) with highly personalized support
- Large groups (hundreds of learners) with planned and automated monitoring
LMS/LXP platform administration
I manage the daily operations of learning platforms: user creation and management, content catalog organization, enrollments, permission configuration, basic integrations, and technical user support.
Tools: Native LMS dashboards, Excel, Power BI (basic level)
Platforms I've worked with
CrossKnowledge Learning Suite (expert), SumTotal (expert), Moodle (advanced experience) General experience with multiple platforms: once you master several, adapting to new platforms is quick thanks to similarities in architecture and functionality.
Tracking, reporting, and results analysis
I define relevant KPIs for each program (participation, progress, completion, satisfaction, transfer) and prepare clear dashboards and reports for the project team and end client. I also develop improvement recommendations for future editions.
